The 1967 VW Beetle has long been considered by enthusiasts as one of the most desirable models to own. Many improvements were made in this model year to improve performance, ride and handling characteristics. This well-preserved example spent the bulk of its garage kept existence in California before being brought to Texas a few years ago. As you might expect, the mild California climate preserved this car nicely, it is in excellent structural condition throughout. The bumpers, glass and exterior bright work all present very well as does the entire interior cabin. The car runs and drives exceptionally well with no performance or handling issues…just fun from the moment you sit in the seat and start driving down the road.

The exterior was professionally refinished in its original color many years ago, the surfaces under the hood and trunk compartments still wear their original factory paint. The in-dash radio has been updated along with radial tires, the previous owner was meticulous and kept any original parts that were replaced under his stewardship.

Beautiful car, looks well done, I’d have to admit, seems worth that asking, as 1967 is the “Holy Grail” of VW Beetles. One of two desirable colors also.

      Hello Lorin,
Yes, the ’67 model year seems to be one of the favorites…this particular car spent its life under the care of one individual from 1973-2023 in southern California, and the last two years here in North Texas. This is a nice solid car with no issues.
