One of just 738 Continental Cabriolets built for 1947, this rare Lincoln holds Full Classic status with the Classic Car Club of America. Believed to have been restored under long-term ownership in Tennessee spanning over 50 years, it was recently acquired by its current owner a year ago.

This car is finished in eye-catching Pace Car Yellow with a black cloth convertible top, paired with a rich oxblood red leather interior that shows minimal wear. The car is equipped with power windows and a power-operated convertible top, as well as factory radio and heater.

The V12 runs smooth and quiet, and the 3-speed manual shifts as it should. The gauges and brightwork remain in excellent condition. Chrome and trim still shine beautifully. Though the restoration is older, it has held up well and would still impress at local shows. There are a few minor blemishes in the paint, but the car presents cleanly throughout, including underneath. A new battery was installed in 2024. The horn and brake lights currently need servicing.

This 1947 Lincoln Continental Cabriolet is a true head-turner with a commanding presence, perfect for weekend drives, car shows, or simply enjoying a piece of postwar American luxury history.

Unfortunately someone paid for shoddy bodywork and paint. Don’t think dash should be body color. Likely should be woodgrain.
