1955 Chevrolet 3100 Stepside Pick-up Custom brought to you by Zoom Classic Cars. This car was SOLD in 2022 to a buyer in NY who did some many upgrades and has put the car back on the market. Driven 6,500 miles since rebuild. 406CI SBC, Holley Sniper 2 x 4 EFI throttle body on tunnel ram. Holley Hyper Spark Ignition system Holley high volume fuel pump, pre and post fuel filters, Fully programmable and self tuning ECU, AN fuel lines. Full Ridetec air ride with Shockway air shocks, auto levelers with Bluetooth control. Monster 700R4 transmission, separate trans cooler with fan. 12 bolt posi 4;11 gears, Full boxed chassis with Triangulated 4 link, Dual electric fans on aluminum radiator, 78 camaro front clip, changed hood to Forward tilt Hood, New Interior. New Chrome front Bumper and Grille. Several before-restoration pictures shown for comparison. Originally Custom Built in 2002 this truck had a 400CI small block Chevy engine built from scratch with 440HP and 4500 miles driven and built by a very well known racing engine builder south of Boston. Edelbrock manifold and two 4 Barrel Holly carbs. Custom built matching air filter built from motorcycle gas tank. Turbo 350 Automatic transmission which has now been replaced with the 700R4 while maintaining the Hurst lightening rod shift kit and the POSI rear-end. Original MSD ignition replaced with Super EFI as shown. Power steering and brakes. Auto Meter gauges. Diamond plate bed with stainless steel sides. Bed compartment with access to fuel cell and battery. Remote battery connections on stepside as shown. E-Brake. Custom side dual exhaust. Custom louvered hood and tailgate with integrated LED taillights. Truck has been lowered and has a great stance. Truck was stripped to bare metal when restoration started and painted Custom orange with subtle flame scheme. Grey cloth interior with orange piping in excellent condition with overhead lighting and clock. All Steel truck except for two front fenders. Clean undercarriage with no rust. Cragar wheels.
